How billing works
- Voice and message balances are separate; topping up one does not increase the other.
- Confirmations, reminders and other enabled automations consume message credits when sent.
- The relevant paid operations stop when the balance runs out. Top up whenever you want to continue.
- Larger top-ups may have a lower unit price. Your dashboard shows the exact amount before payment.
Do I need to pay every month?
No. The credit model has no fixed monthly service fee or automatic renewal. You choose when to top up.
Is setup included?
No. Prices on this page cover usage credits. The one-time setup fee depends on your practice’s requirements and is stated separately in your offer.
Why does my offer have different prices?
These are standard list prices. Your offer may include personalized unit prices, setup terms or complimentary credits. Your accepted offer and checkout amount apply.
How many messages does an appointment use?
It depends on the enabled settings. For example, one confirmation and two reminders consume 3 message credits when sent. Other automations, such as review invitations, consume additional credits. Your offer specifies the initial settings.
