Cancellation & Refund Policy

The service provided by Bansa (True Yapım ve Medya A.Ş.) is an online, instantly-performed digital service for businesses (B2B) — AI assistant credits. Given the nature of digital services, the following terms apply.

1. General Principle

Purchased credits are added to the account upon payment approval and become usable at the same moment. Crediting the account means the service has been performed.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

As this is a B2B transaction, consumer withdrawal rules do not apply. For intangible digital services performed instantly, any right of withdrawal ends once performance begins. The BUYER accepts this at purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Used (partially or fully consumed) credits are non-refundable.
  • For credited/activated packages, no refund is given for unused portions due to “change of mind”.
  • No refund where the issue stems from the BUYER’s wrong/insufficient address, misconfiguration or misuse.
  • No refund for remaining balance after credit validity expires.

4. Exceptional Refunds

  • A proven, SELLER-caused technical outage that prevented any use of the credits,
  • Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts due to technical error,
  • Other cases mandated by law.

In such cases, refunds are limited to unused credits and subject to the SELLER’s assessment.

5. Refund Process

Requests are sent to destek@bansa.tech with the transaction reference and reason. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (same card via PayTR). Reflection on the card may take a few business days depending on bank processes.

6. Credit Validity

Credit validity is stated in the package terms. Unused credits expire at the end of the period and are not subject to refund.

7. Suspension/Termination

The SELLER may suspend or terminate the service for payment issues, misuse or breach of these terms. Used credits are not refundable in such cases.
